[OOC] HIC History -rough draft-

Background stuff:
Your owl lusus joined you as you built your hive high in a difficult-to-access mountain range.
You learned that you cannot fly. At least not yet. ]:)
You fluttered in and out of a lot of hobbies before your maybe-kismesis introduced you to Heroes of Intergalactic Conquest. This is your favorite game, largely due to the novel cooperative play style.
At some point you quit your kismesis' guild and joined this one, although you no longer remember who invited you.
You observed Onaide's reckless antics and saw the light. Several of your guild gained reputations for being impulsive LEEROY assholes. However, when anybody (Charlie, Melice, Dothaz, Iona, or anyone else with a higher color/harsh temper) called you on it, you apologized profusely and promised not to do it again. Not on a real raid.
Within the last few weeks:
You were SLIGHTLY to the last guildwide raid held before the VICTORY ANNOUNCEMENT, but it seems there were no hard feelings.
- ironicContraptor/Phesta shrugged it off. (ooc: untagged on my end, since i froze up on brainstorming end-of-game knight of breath items)
- grinReaper/Dothaz slightly rebuked you, and ominously promised BAD THINGS if you kept apologizing. (ooc: waiting for a tag on my end, since i froze up on brainstorming end-of-game knight of breath items)
- covertAviarist/Onaide celebrated the entrance and discussed plans for the 2 week wait for the PRIZE.
After the announcement of the WINNING GUILD, you trolled a few people who were online.
- grinReaper/Dothaz. You successfully remembered to not apologize to him.
- chattyCnidarian/Bree. You and CC were ----EXCITED at each other. What do you mean, wrong CC?
- abidingEcheveria/Sisu. You literally trolled AE, pretending that you didn't receive the BETA INVITATION. Discomfort over AE's genuine remorse had you reveal the ruse more quickly than you intended.
You also responded to the guild leader's CONGRATS TO ALL memo about the victory.
- ardentGallantry/Iona, and chatted about a bunch of things.
Two weeks later, you INSTALLED THE GAME!
And then you woke up in a dark room, surrounded by strangers, and backed up against a wall. There you watched a recording of Her Imperious Condescension tell you that EVERYONE ELSE IS DEAD. You thought that you must have misheard it.
- FR/frigidRequiem/Jayael confirmed the bad news before going after someone else.
- GR/grinReaper/Dothaz followed up by rebuking her assumptions.
Shortly after, your guild leader called for everyone's attention, and you JOINED THE PEANUT GALLERY in questioning her identity.
Within an hour, you LEFT THE ROOM via the transportalizer adorned with your symbol. You found yourself in your BEAUTIFUL HIVE, greeted by Owlmom and Rocsprite, and found it had been redecorated with an Alchemiter, Totem Lathe, and an unexpected SANDSTORM OUTSIDE. It was all very surprising.
After a few minutes of PETTING YOUR LUSUS, having a STARING CONTEST with your new sprite and LOSING MISERABLY, you located your husktop and browsed through the newly posted memos.
- covertAviarist/Riidae posted 'OH MY GOD' and talked about his zombified lusus. You replied a panicked order for him to run. He convinced you it wasn't necessary.
- imprudentSpartacus/Charlie posted 'MAJOR REVALATIONS', a very attention-grabbing title, and told everyone to talk to their sprites. You grudgingly said that you would, picked at his words for an excuse not to, and examined your SERVER program. Having discovered that your client was one of the three kids besides the guild leader, you experimented with needlessly alarming your client by scratching on the walls with a knife.
