Noctua can levitate and manipulate lightweight objects, up to possibly half her weight. It's enough to improve her precision if she weaponizes her sylladex, but not enough to fly without the assistance of a wingsuit or other gliding apparatus.
Her vision power, tied to her owl theme, is the ability to see objects/places out of eyesight. She must have seen the person/thing/place with normal vision to view it.
Lusus: Long-eared Owl, small enough to stand on Noctua's shoulder. Owlmom has not displayed any special powers.

Every item is accessible, but they can only be retrieved after an activation fuse timer burns down. The timer length is variable, ranging from a few seconds to at least four minutes. Once the fuse burns through, the item can safely be retrieved during a several second span. If the item is not retrieved in that time, the sylladex forcefully ejects it. More than one activation fuse can run at once, but this requires attempting a highly dangerous retrieval combination. The more activation fuses at once, the higher the chance that complications will arise.
